About me

I'm Youcef, a product designer based in London with 7+ years of experience across B2B, B2C, SaaS, and enterprise.

I studied psychology before moving into design, and that background still shapes how I work. I'm drawn to the structural side of problems: why users behave the way they do, where systems break down, and how to redesign the logic underneath, not just the interface on top.

Most of my work sits at the intersection of research and design. I run workshops, map journeys, dig into data, and use what I find to make decisions that hold up. I care about outcomes, not just outputs, and I measure my work by what it changes: usability, revenue, efficiency, cost.

I've worked agency-side, in-house, and independently. I've led projects from discovery through to delivery, collaborated with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders, and mentored junior designers along the way.

When I'm not designing, you'll find me on a football pitch or tinkering with side projects.
